Upcoming Events

Applications for PALs are due Tuesday, May 28th at 3:30 p.m.  In addition to the application, a required short answer session is scheduled on Thursday, May 23rd from 9:25-10:10.  All students who are considering applying for PALs should attend the short answer session.

Class t-shirts are on sale!!  These shirts are for next years 7th - 12th grade students and for teachers!  These are the t-shirts that earn you perks & privileges throughout the school year if you are wearing it!  Deadline to order is Friday, June 21st.  Order forms are available online and in the High School Office. The Spring Band Concert/ Fine Arts Program will be held tonight at the High School.  The High School Fine Arts program will be held in the High School commons area.  Make plans to arrive early to look at all the students arts projects! The 6th grade - 12th grade band will then be performing their "Spring Concert" beginning at 7 p.m. in the High School Gym.  All band students need to be seated at 6:15 p.m. for warm-up and short rehearsals.

Congratulations to Hunter Fritscher who has been selected to play in the Super Centex FCA Victory Bowl in June.  The game will be played on Saturday, June 15th, at Floyd Casey Stadium. Congratulations to Hunter!!!

Congratulations to Lane Rathke and Zek Kleypas who were both selected to play in the Centex All Star Baseball Game at Baylor on June 18th at 7 p.m.!!  Congratulations to these two on being selected to represent Crawford!

The 7th and 8th grade awards assembly will be Thursday, May 30th in the high school gym starting at 11:25 a.m.  Seventh and eighth graders will receive honor roll, perfect attendance, UIL, athletic, and other assorted awards at this event.  Please make plans to attend!

Congratulations to Colten Claxton who got 2nd place in Headline Writing at the State UIL Contest!!!  Great Job Colten!!!

Crawford ISD will have Early Release days on Wednesday, May 29th - Friday May 31st!  Elementary will dismiss each day at 12:35 and buses will run at 12:45.  High School will dismiss and buses will run at 1 p.m.

There will be no school on Monday, May 27th.  This day was originally designated as a Bad Weather Day. 

USDA and other program sponsors offer FREE summer nutrition program meals for children 18 and younger!  Kids do not need to register, show proof of age or proof of income.  There are several towns around Crawford that will have a site this summer.  See website for full details and to find a site!  Summer Meals for Kids

Mark Your Calendars!! The 2013 Crawford Baseball Camp will be held June 3rd - 5th!  Sign up now!!  There will be a morning session for incoming 2nd - 5th graders and an afternoon session for incoming 6th - 9th graders.

The Crawford Band Trip for 6th & 7th grade will take place this Friday, May 24th!   Bus departs at 7 a.m. from the front of the High School.  All students need to meet at the High School on Friday morning. The month of May is time for EVERYONE to pay and keep lunchroom account current.  There will be no charging.  You must have money in hand or money in account for meals.
